HEG Guarantee

HEG guarantees you the LOWEST PRICE on Domestic Flights Bookings. If, within one hour of booking, customer finds a lower Domestic Airfare of same itinerary* on any other website (India-based online travel agency OTA), we will refund 300% of the fare difference, subject to a maximum of Rs.5,000.

Refund payment will be made in the HappyEasyGo Gold Wallet subject to the fulfillment of applicable Terms & Conditions.

HEG Acceptance Criteria - Same Itinerary

To avail this offer, the itinerary must be exactly the same in the order for the respective air routes. For example, 'Delhi-Mumbai-Goa-Delhi' and 'Delhi-Goa-Mumbai-Delhi' would be treated as 2 different itineraries.

Flight numbers and the departure date from all cities involved in the itinerary including the stop-over airports should be same.

How should you capitalize on our Guarantee Promise?

If, within 1 hour of booking, customer finds a lower domestic airfare on any India-based online travel agency (OTA), we will refund 300% of the fare difference in HappyEasyGo Gold Wallet subject to a maximum of Rs.5,000.

To raise a claim, the customer shall follow the below procedure:

• You are required to share the video clip with the HEG Customer Service team at escalation@happyeasygo.com
• Also, share your traveller details and HEG Booking ID in the email.
• Caption the issue subject as "Lowest Price Guarantee"
• Share attachment of following resources within 1 hour from time of booking:
  • Video of Payments Page of the similar lower priced flight details in MP4 format with time
  • HEG Booking Voucher with price

Upon receipt of e-mail, HEG will further verify the details, authenticity of the claim and reply back to you within 72 business hours of receiving the e-mail.

Acceptable comparison sources

Any other India-based online travel agency (OTA).

Sources like coupon sites or any other promotional sites including pop-up advertisements where the name of the airline is not known/hidden before the final booking will not be acceptable.

Terms & Conditions

1. The applicability of the offer shall only include Domestic Flights bookings booked and ticketed from www.happyeasygo.com (HEG) website, mobile site and HEG mobile application (Collectively referred to as "sales channels")
2. The booking shall be paid in full (Partial Payment are not allowed)
3. Refund payment will be made to the HappyEasyGo Gold Wallet
4. Refund will be processed within 7 working days.
5. No additional charges shall apply in case of refund.
6. The fare comparison must be based on the same booking class(RBD).
7. The applicability shall only be on same itineraries* subject to the criteria mentioned above.
8. The benefit can only be claimed once.
9. Benefit under Lowest Price Guarantee Bookings can only be claimed, when the discount type used in Happyeasygo booking is same with the other OTAs. (e.g.: 'coupon', 'bank offer')
10. HappyEasyGo India Private Limited reserves the right without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions.
11. The scheme may be replaced wholly or in part, by any other offer, whether similar or not and can be withdrawn altogether.
12. All other standard terms and conditions of HappyEasyGo shall apply.
13. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
